Updated 9 October 2026Use a single personal account. Do not create alternate accounts to supply cash, drugs, gifts or wins to another account. Do not share passwords or access another player's account.
Bots, macros, automated tapping, modified clients, unauthorized API tools and attempts to bypass action limits are prohibited. Do not manipulate requests to duplicate rewards, skip restrictions or gain assets.
Report bugs or suspicious transactions to Stratal. Do not repeatedly exploit a fault, distribute abuse instructions or keep knowingly duplicated gains. We may correct records and remove gains obtained through an exploit.
PVP races require both drivers' consent. Review the cars, track, stakes and condition before accepting. Private trades must be reviewed and accepted by the named recipient. Do not use false staff claims, account scams or off-platform payment requests. No real-money trading or account sales.
No hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, discriminatory abuse or sharing someone else's contact details. Do not target minors or pressure players to disclose private information. Fictional rivalry does not justify real-world abuse.
No spam, misleading links, impersonation or repeated unsolicited promotions in global chat, gang chat, messages, forums or profile text. Profile photos must be appropriate and yours to use. Gang chat is for members of that gang; do not attempt unauthorized access.
Jail and hospital restrictions apply to blocked activities. Gang departure carries the displayed 12-hour joining cooldown. Travel, vehicle, raid and production limits apply even when an activity is opened from another screen. Attempts to bypass them are exploits.
Use the player's report/block controls when available, or contact sales@stratal.co.uk with the player name and relevant details. Do not post private evidence publicly. Moderation may include warnings, content removal, mutes, reversals, suspensions or bans. You can ask Stratal to review a decision.
