Terms of Service

1. Who runs Ironvale

Ironvale is operated by Stratal. Contact sales@stratal.co.uk for account support, questions about these terms or an appeal. These terms apply to the app and game service. By creating an account you agree to these terms and the Game Rules. The Privacy Policy explains how your information is used.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16. Ironvale contains fictional crime, drugs and violence. Use one account per person, provide an email you control, and keep your sign-in details private. Accounts must not be sold, shared or used to impersonate another person. You are responsible for your account activity; tell us promptly if access is compromised.

3. A fictional game economy

Cash, drugs, equipment, vehicles and other assets exist only inside the game. They have no cash redemption value and are not financial products. Do not buy or sell accounts or game assets for real money outside the official Ironvale Store. Race stakes and private trades use virtual assets only. Players must review offers before accepting; another player's promise outside the confirmed offer is not part of the transaction.

4. Gameplay and changes

Progression, travel, prices, inventory, event rewards and vehicle performance may change through balancing or content updates. Events can end, offers can expire, and raids or other permitted actions can cause losses. Game assets and access are subject to the service rules; availability or uninterrupted play is not guaranteed. We will communicate material changes through the app or a revised notice.

5. Content you share

Only upload photos and post content you have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, abusive, sexually explicit or misleading material, or another person's private information. You retain your rights in your content and allow Stratal to store, display and moderate it as needed to operate Ironvale. Public profiles and community posts may be seen by other players.

6. Fair play and enforcement

Follow the Game Rules. Stratal may investigate reports, remove content, reverse exploit gains, restrict actions or suspend accounts for breaches. Where appropriate, we explain the decision; contact support to appeal with relevant details. Restrictions may be immediate when needed to protect players or the service.

7. Leaving and account requests

You may stop playing at any time. For account closure, access to your information or a deletion request, contact sales@stratal.co.uk from your registered email. We may verify account ownership. Records necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained; see the Privacy Policy.

8. Your rights and this agreement

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. These terms do not promise compensation for ordinary in-game losses. If part of this agreement cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue where lawful. Updated terms show their effective date; material changes will be brought to players' attention.

Store packages and monthly passes

Official store packages use Google Play billing. Google Play displays the price and purchase terms before confirmation. Packages deliver the listed fictional game rewards to the signed-in player after payment verification. Monthly passes automatically renew at the displayed monthly price and deliver their listed opening rewards immediately after each verified payment. Smaller daily rewards begin 24 hours after verification and continue automatically while the paid pass is active. Cancel renewal through Google Play subscription settings. Pending, failed and expired payments do not deliver a new reward period.

Veyron bundle ownership unlocks access to its exclusive liveries. Additional liveries are bought separately with in-game cash. Purchased liveries can be refitted without another cash payment. Refunded or revoked purchases can lose associated access and rewards. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
