Delete your account

Ask for your Ironvale account and its personal data to be deleted. You can also do this in the app: Menu, Settings, Delete account.

What happens

You are signed out on every device straight away.
Your account is deleted 7 days later. Sign in to the app before then and the deletion is cancelled.
Deleting removes your email address, password, two-factor setup, biography, profile photo, friends list and blocks, and takes you out of your gang. Your username is replaced with an anonymous name.
Game records other players rely on (completed trades, races, auctions, gang and bank histories, and messages you already sent) stay under that anonymous name. Security records are kept for up to 180 days, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Google Play purchases are not refunded by deleting an account. Manage subscriptions in Google Play.
If you lead a gang with other members, hand leadership to someone or disband the gang in the app first.
